VANILLA FROSTING

Coconut Frosting

Ingrediants:

1/4 cup of VCO Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
2 cups of icing sugar (28g).
4-6 tablespoons coconut or soy milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Method:

  1. Using a hand mixer or whisk, cream the coconut oil until it breaks up and gets nice and smooth
  2. Add in 1/4 of the icing sugar, vanilla and 2 tablespoons of soy milk
  3. Mix together until nice and smooth
  4. Keep adding the icing sugar along with tablespoons of  the coconut/soy milk as needed until everything is combined and smooth
  5. Use to frost on your dairy free delights.

Optional:  Replace 2 tablespoons of icing sugar with cocoa powder for a chocolate flavour.
